·  At arrival the keys are entrusted to our guests for free and continuous use which ends at departure with return of the keys.

·  Villa Giulia provides at guests' disposal all the devices, the tools and the furniture by tacit agreement about their proper use.

·  For guests' and owners' sake, just authorized persons are allowed to stay.

·  Pets are not allowed.

·  Smoking indoors is not permitted.

·  Villa Giulia is just a holiday maisonette, so catering and cleaning services are not provided.
